- Responsible for overall C&B operations and data management
- Liaising with the RBS team and regulator to understand the HR-C&B compliance-related requirements
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders of the Bank to gather the datapoints from respective functions
- Preparation of remuneration data pertaining to Annual report of the Bank
- Compensation analytics
- Reporting and preparation of various dashboards pertaining to C&B
- Preparation of the reports and review with function head for RBI submission
- Management of performance management, appraisal, promotion, and ESOPs related data and support in operations
- Tracking and validation of sales incentive and benefits utilization
- Offer data validation on a monthly basis and highlight concern areas
Payroll compliance and validations:
- Liaising with the vendor for payroll automation/outsourcing process
- Review monthly inputs and carry out payroll reconciliation
- Highlight concern areas
- Publish monthly dashboard on employee salary cost movement
- Extend support in data-related work for other HR related functions
