About the company :

CS Group was carved out from the firm Chainrup Sampatram which has a heritage of 177 years of Textile trading in India. Chainrup Sampatram was amongst the first Indian importers of cotton textiles from Manchester in Colonial India. We are master franchisees for Apple, Levi- s, Reebok, Adidas, W & Aurelia in East India.

We own and operate more than 60 exclusive retail stores & 2 service centres across various brands and operate more than 50000 sq feet across 19 cities in East India. We also supply to a further 25 brand stores across East India.

Job Description :

- Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

- Creating strong retail back end and front end team. Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives to ensure the smooth functioning of 25 + exclusive brand stores

- Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices

- Helping the organization's processes remain legally compliant

- Identification of key markets for business expansion

- Ensuring annual business growth

- Making annual projections/targets and ensuring the same is achieved

- Ensuring EBITDA
