About US:

Crypto investing in India has been adopted largely by young Indians. The existing platforms have solved for access to investment but trade execution is a small piece in the user journey. These users are hooked on YouTube and Telegram for news, signals and a sense of community but these platforms are not designed to capture the attributes of social investing like sharing portfolio with peers and community, trading signals, influencer led community discussions, etc.

With Crypso, we aim to build a social trading application that solves for this underserved community behaviour. Users get to see the portfolio and trading strategies of their peers and influencers, join community group chats around areas of their interest, share their portfolio with communities for feedback and execute trades based on social signals.

Founders:

Mr. Suraj Kalwani, Mr. Ravi Chirania and Mr. Rakesh Raman are the founders / directors of the company. All the three directors have graduated from IITs, the topmost engineering schools in India.

These three directors have worked together in Housing.com, one of the hottest technology startup in India back then which had brought a lot of innovation in helping people buy, sell and rent real estate properties.

They had then founded used-car start-up, Truebil.com - Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning driven online to offline platform for pre-owned cars. Truebil had raised 20 Mn USD from Top VC firms in India, China, Japan and US. They had scaled the business to 5 Mn+ USD in monthly sales by selling 1000+ cars a month. Truebil was acquired by Spinny in 2020.

You're Awesome If

- You care about your users.

- You have experience of leading digital marketing, user acquisition and growth in a start-up environment.

- You are skilled in Digital Marketing (including paid & organic channels) and Stakeholder Management with hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across Google / FB / Affiliates Programmatic channels.

- You love solving complex problems, with a structured framework.

- You're typically a creative person; but choose a data-driven solution when applicable.

- Have experience collaborating with cross functional teams including Tech, Product & Creative Design Teams.

- Have experience working with Creative , Content teams to ideate, brief & implement creative best practices.

- Have scaled Startups from early stage.

- B2C Startups in Fintech Preferred

You'll Be Improving & Responsible For :

- Devise and execute a data-led user Growth Strategy.

- Execute full funnel digital marketing campaigns including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and reporting

- Uncover creative, non-traditional, and cost-effective new methods of acquiring users(like partnerships, referrals etc.)

- Be responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of acquisition campaigns across

- all the digital platforms.

- Forecast monthly, quarterly, annual acquisition numbers and costs.

- Devise strategies to scale beyond the usual and broaden the top of the funnel using paid and unpaid digital acquisition channels (like PPC, social (paid & unpaid), affiliates, SEO, content, email, and more).

- Build, lead and recruit the growth team.

Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You've Played -

- Ability to work as an individual contributor and build / lead a team of growth marketers as well.

- Typically 3-5 years of startup experience - 1+year of team handling.
