Your Role: You would be responsible for making sure that a donation processing operation is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible. The responsibilities include managing the operations processes, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy. You Should: - Be Process oriented, have an analytical mindset and eye for detail - Should have some basic IT and systems knowledge and should be technologically sound. Should be able to translate the business/functional requirements in detail for Technology team(both internal and external) - Should have some basic knowledge about digital payment platforms available in the online environment today - Should have an understanding of business processes and operations - prepare and complete action plans; implement processes, measure efficiency and productivity, quality and service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends i.e. Ability to develop, implement and review policies and procedures. - Should have advanced excel skills (cross tabulations and macros) - The person in this position will be responsible for managing the operational requirements for the Fundraising function (individual donations and corporate donations) included. The person is responsible for entire operations - donation processing and for exploring and implementing new processes within the overall scope of donation processing and BPO for RG. The role is also responsible for creating systems, processes to ensure adherence to audit requirements and compliance for the Resource Generation function. - The person will be responsible for putting in place methods by which data can be made available to the function easily and to be able to interpret and give details on ROI of each channel to the function /organization. The person should be able to look out for areas that need improvisation to increase efficiency in donation management as well as systems that are being used for donor engagement like SMS/Email etc&nbsp; - The person should be able to liaison with Finance and IT as well as within the function. Should be able to look at data and share insights from the data from ops lens. Should have capacity to put metrics in place to track and report key parameters on functioning of operations You : You must have 7+ years and must be a Graduate/ Post graduate in commerce/ operations stream of education. You must have handled operations at a mid- scale organization level. You should have experience in leading teams which do back end processing and operations. You should have an eye for detail, logical thinking abilities and must be process oriented.
