The role is a part of the organization's leadership team and involves formulating and implementing the regional strategy, objectives, action plans, and policies in line with the organizational strategy considering the stakeholder dynamics within the region. The Key Responsibilities would include : - Ensure that the region's efforts and resources have a sustainable and positive impact on the rights of children - Ensure that the region meets/exceeds its resource generation objectives of visibility, income, profitability, and customer/donor relations &amp; service - To create, support and maintain regional relationships, networks, and movements that influence policy formulation and implementation, and therefore, positively impact the rights of the child - Develop innovative ways of expanding reach, increasing the vitality of the CRY brand, increasing customer and donor servicing, maximizing the generation of funds - To build a team anchored in CRY values and motivated to achieve its vision and mission Our salaries do not match the corporate world but the rewards this job would offer, we think, are more meaningful.
