It is the only Indian Funding Organization that works purely for the upliftment of underprivileged Indian children The Role: - You will be the face of Human Resources in the region. Your responsibilities include Talent Acquisition for the Region, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Documentation and updation of data and employee records. - You will also assist in maintenance of training records and feedback, provide support for Talent Acquisition for other regions when necessary and help in coordination for HR workshops in the region. You will also support the Talent Management process in the region.&nbsp; - Provide HR support to the region in line with business requirements and HR functional strategy.&nbsp; - Ensure HR strategy, policies and systems are implemented in the region.&nbsp; - Organize culture building and workplace climate improvement and ensure resolving conflicts, regional meetings, open forums, create spaces for get-togethers etc. The position requires a lot of communication with all functions of in the region. This role is responsible to handle HR activities of 2 regions - Delhi &amp; Kolkata. You should be open to travel to Kolkata as per need. You: You are a Graduate/Post Graduate in management specialising in HR with 5-7 years of experience in generalist HR role. Excellent communication skills and understanding of human resources issues is required. You should be a - people- person and should like dealing with people.
