Title: Head of Communications

Full Time/Hybrid Working

Minimum Experience: 10-12 years in marketing / brand communications

Qualification : You must be a Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communication.

- The General Manager (Head) - Brand & Communications role will lead the communication strategy for CRY India, CRY America, CRY UK as well as for CRY's global operations across markets like the Middle East, South East Asia etc.

- It will be responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of CRY's brand campaigns, amplifying CRY brand visibility and enhancing brand salience across multiple online and offline mediums - with a core focus on consumer insights.


- The position will be a brand custodian for CRY and will drive awareness and action for children's issues through social media marketing, regional communication, digital advertising, events, donor/volunteer communication as well as communication design.

- Fuelling conversations around children's rights with the public at large, facilitating effective fundraising communication and positioning CRY as a preferred social impact partner will be critical measures of this role.

Technical Skills: The ideal candidate would have the demonstrated ability to:

a) Lead teams that design, develop and implement strategic as well as tactical communication

b) Focus on impact as an outcome, assess long term implications and plan for contingencies.

c) Manage strategy execution across regions/markets/teams/platforms

d) Look at creative ideas from objective to outcome in a way that's synchronized with brand objectives

e) Evaluate campaign plans, copy and design with thorough attention to detail

f) Write well in a crisp, succinct yet impactful way
