- This role will work with both the Resource Development (fundraising) and Communications functions - define and implement the strategy for donor and fundraising communication across digital marketing, online and offline mailers, crowd-funding and other miscellaneous fundraising campaigns. This person will also be responsible for driving Digital marketing, direct mailing and crowd-funding incomes/ target/ P&L for the fundraising function.
- This person should have experience with digital marketing and advertising, a good understanding of marketing and brand communications and have an ability to cultivate cross-function and agency relationships. Experience in direct mailing (online primarily) and/or crowd-funding would be a definite plus.
- He/she will be responsible for ideating, conceptualizing and implementing the donor communication strategy across all donor segments in accordance with fundraising insights developed by Resource Generation (RG) and will be driving all fundraising campaigns and initiatives for RG.
The candidate must have 6+ yrs of digital communication experience with a brand OR brand account management experience in a digital agency.
