JOB ROLE : Candidates from the CRANE INDUSTRY Preferred.

The Operations Manager ensures that all Operatives Controls and Measures are taken for smooth Running of the Assets at Client sites and Handling the Assets during Idle Time to keep the Asset Performance ready at all times.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Budgeting and Planning :

- Prepare Cust Budgets for Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Operations

- Spares and Consumables.

Day to Day Operations :

- Review Customer work order terms and carefully check the same for Crane specifications, mobilization & commissioning terms, penalty clause and dead lines.

- Make site assessment visits prior/during all critical jobs and make a detailed technical report on job feasibility and recommendations.

- Ensure proper coordination between marketing, transportation, operations and QHHSE team from Mobilization to assembly at Customer site.

- Closely follow up for timely commissioning of Cranes at sites and initiating log sheets

- Maintain and keep a database of quality Operators, Mechanics and Engineers for future reference/recruitment.

- Crew & customer visits to Operative Sites for Review.

- Ensure all compliance's are adhered to at the sites like Safety, PPE, Valid Operator licenses and Right Operator on Right Crane capacity.

- Ensure log sheets are signed on daily basis at Site and updated in system on weekly basis. Intervene and speak to Customer in case of any delay in log sheet signing at sites.

Asset Management :

- Ensure the complete safety, accounting and visibility of the company's assets and accessories.

- Periodically audit the Quantity/Quality of Assets and accessories on pan India basis and report findings.

- Ensure 100% Asset & Accessory mapping location wise in System on real time basis.

Maintenance :

- Ensure more than 95% uptime of Equipment's.

- 100% compliance to Preventive Maintenance schedules and Periodic Maintenance plan.

- Breakdown Management - Timely availability of Spare parts, mechanics, engineer on the machine in the most efficient and cost effective manner.

- Spare Part Planning - Plan for stock of critical spare parts and maintain buffer stock at sites.

MIS and Reports :

- Ensure 100% reports are generated from the system with complete accuracy and reliability

- Prepare an MIS pack for management - Daily, Weekly and Monthly.

Key Analytics :

- Daily Breakdown, Preventive & Periodic Maintenance Update, Location wise Accessory, Inventory at Sites, Break down Revenue Loss, Crane wise commissioning report, Overall Expense Budget VS Actual.

- Marketing & Sales Facilitation to Ensure Communication of Operations Status to both the teams.

- Maintain professional and cordial relations with Customers at Corporate as well as site representatives.

- Respond to service escalation from customers promptly and provide resolution with commitment.

- Communicate effectively with customers and keep them updated on emails on regular basis

- Customer Relations.

- Compliances

- Various Safety Standards

- Additional Compliances OHSAS, ISO and QHSSE

- Team Management.

- Training and Development.
