Crowd Source Technologies - Senior Growth Marketer (3-7 yrs)

Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and measure digital marketing campaigns on Google, other search channels, and social media with a focus on growth and acquisition across a multi-channel approach.

- Identify trends and insights, optimize spends and performance

- Create growth strategies for traffic and enquiries through SEO and PPC marketing activities.

- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment across PPC and paid marketing campaigns

- Reviewing and analyzing a portfolio of sites for areas that can be improved and optimized in terms of user journey and landing page experience

- Identifying powerful and high intent keywords to drive the most valuable traffic

- Work closely with the regional sales & reservation team to improve the quality of enquiries from ecommerce

- Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.

- Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.

- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Requirements:

- Strong academic background with Tier 1 Institution in India Like IITs, IIMs, FMS,DTU,XLRI

- Experience working on a website with over 100k monthly visitors.

- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search & Display Ads

- A can do attitude and great attention to detail

- Experience working on a digital marketplace

- Experience in creating a high value global audience

- Excellent communication skills to speak to international audiences

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and inspire

- Strong experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

- Track record of utilizing data-driven analysis to improve marketing KPIs, and ecommerce performance.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

- Ability to identify and curate marketing campaigns that respond to the varying consumer personas e.g., Luxury, Budget and Corporate Travelers.
