JOB SUMMARY CropIn is looking for a Regional Sales Manager who can manage Sales accounts of major clients in Agri business. The Regional Sales Manager is required to provide the sales Leadership for the Region with focus on the B2B Sales. The candidate should have good customer relationship management skills on all levels in order to generate new business. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - To manage, grow and sustain the business in a given region - Selling directly to large/medium industries - Independently manage key business accounts - To meet the various targets in terms of volumes, profitability, visibility, and growth Skills and Experience - Min 5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development - Should have a proven track record of establishing a good customer base and achieving volume targets successfully - Should be able to achieve sales in a competitive environment - Extensive experience in all aspects of Relationship Management - Strong understanding of customer and market - Excellent communication skills - Action and results oriented with bunch of energy - Good social competence, team player - Experience in MS office is essential QUALIFICATIONS - Any MBA graduate
