Cronus Pharma - Manager/Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management (10-20 yrs)
Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to identify and drive change in Supply Chain areas of process improvement
- Ability to be proactive in understanding end-to-end supply chain activities and identify and resolve issues (capacity constraints, demand forecast reconciliations, etc.)
- Lead the drive for Lean/Operational Excellence
- Drive improvements in overall supply forecasting and continually optimize the inventories
- Manage the sales & operational planning (S&OP) process to meet business targets of service level, competitiveness, quality & sales objectives
- Proactive identification of issues that may impact supply, and manage short and long-term planning activities/processes and day-to-day planning, retrieving, interpret, and monitor demand and sales trends, calculate safety stock, manage inventory levels, resolve mismatches, collect monthly supplier performance metrics
- Ensure processes and systems are in place to support the new product launches
- Follow established S&OP planning processes and generate new processes when there is a gap
- Apply advanced knowledge and understanding of Planning (MRP, ERP), Inventory & Forecast
- Planning and demand planning. Utilize ERP as the system of record for all supply chain processes as implemented
- Lead/ participate in planning projects focused on continuous improvement
- Provide recommendations to Vice President, Strategic Supply Chain on improving processes and variances
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.A./B.S. or M.A / M.S degree in Business. Supply Chain or related field combined with a minimum of
- 5-10 years relevant experience in the generics pharmaceutical industry
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management
- Has planned before in an ERP environment ability to quickly adapt and learn in an SAP environment
- Proven track record in cultivating a solid working relationship with various CMOs / Partners and experience managing a team
- Specialized Training or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications Needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel with ability to create V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
