- Handling budget of close to 100 crs in running loyalty programs for all direct channel partners/ retailers etc
- Driving all Sales IT projects related to channel partners - DMS & Dealer Portal
Who will this role report into?
- He/She will report into National Trade Marketing Head (NTMH) , who in turns reports in Global Sales & Service Head (GSSH). GSSH reports into CEO of the organization.
Who will report into this role - 2 direct reportees with 5+ & 10+ years of experience at Manager level
Who we are looking for?
- Profession Experience - Total 12-15 years of experience. Min 3-5 yrs experience in Sales & Distribution and Min 3-5 years experience in PAN India marketing role (Trade marketing/Business/Product management etc). Experience of driving loyalty programs at PAN India will be preferred.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and having logical reasoning
- Able to handle multiple stakeholders viz sales, business, IT & Finance
- Can coordinate with IT team on making Business Requirement documents (BRD)
- Should have love and inclination towards technology and thrive to look for innovations in the same
- Ability to drive sales team for execution of the programs and deliver results as per expectations
