- Stacking and counting of Inventory in store warehouse

- Mechanism to audit Inventory management

- Drive ADLI for all SOPs

- Identify mechanisms to move SOPs from Deployment to Learning phase

- Reporting can help to learn from the existing process and improve

- Integrate processes and build efficiency

- For e.g., Receiving merchandise process should be integrated with RPA, Insurance process to ensure corrective action for damaged goods. It should also be integrated with stacking process to ensure PID process takes minimum time.

- Analyse and report OFIs for all processes

- Analysis of Competition benchmarking executed by ZO - Retail Process

- Review and update questionnaire for all audits

- Manage Internal Audits

- Liaise with L&D team for training at all levels at the store (OJT)

- Responsible for continuous improvement on SOPs

- Liaise with Apple team on process improvements
