Job Description :
- Work with the cross functional departments to create flawless campaign and sales journeys on croma.com & other marketplaces and manage productivity & conversions across the funnel.
- Responsible for website content to ensure websites are always accurate and up to date.
- Check & execute journey sanity across the website and drive corrections
- Manage internal & external teams to ensure site sanity and performance 24/7
- Ensure site refreshes are happening on time
- Prioritize various campaigns and execution efforts
- Monitor sales plan in alignment with business objectives by controlling journeys/ conversions/ bounce/ etc.
- Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase conversions/ sales.
- Analyze and determine key insights from the past sales data, future market trends, competitive environment to develop ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Ensure customer escalations are attended to appropriately and efficiently.
- Execute and monitor DY journeys (any kind of personalization) on croma.com.
- Execute & manage marketing calendar for the website in accordance with merchandising & marketing teams.
- Plan and manage website maintenance plan and activities related to UAT, deployments, reporting, audits, etc.
- Knowledge in Hyrbis will be an added advantage.
