The job holder will be responsible for effective implementation of Croma's visual strategy, maintaining visual appeal and monitoring performance and functionality of multiple elements and pages across the brand's website. The role will involve setting guidelines and frameworks for visual implementations, ownership of visual strategies for on-site and promotional campaigns and collaborating with Merchandising, Marketing and Product teams to ensure successful and seamless execution.

Requirements :

Create properties :

- Brainstorm with design/ product/ agencies for newer components on site

- Innovate and rethink new properties to keep website fresh with product / agencies/ DM/ categories

- Collaborate with marketing/ buying/ brands for monetization requirements from a component perspective only.

Set guidelines :

- Set refresh guidelines for properties

- Set criteria for SKU & category selection for each property

Visual Monitoring :

- Ensure visual essence is right for each page and components

- Ensure criteria are met for each property

- Ensure refresh with DM

- Bridge between digital merchandising, webops & content in executing all campaigns as per VM guidelines so that the story comes out well on the pages

Performance monitoring :

- Understanding of Adobe Analytics or similar tools to track performance of pages & elements on the page

- Set a process with the product/ analytics team to capture data on Adobe whenever a new component is launched

- Track engagement & productivity of each property

- Support marketing with monetization data as required

Job Specific Skills :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. (Degree in Visual Design is an advantage)

- Ability to monitor costs and work within stipulated budgets.

- Comfortable with conducting independent data analyses and making data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in using Adobe Analytics and MS Office. (Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Software like InDesign, Photoshop and other visual design software is a bonus)

- Knowledge of various electronic product categories and key competitors in the region, is a plus.

- Functional knowledge of visual merchandising trends and best practices.

- Sound understanding of Customer buying behaviour and buying decisions.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
