Croma - Lead - Revenue Growth Management (8-12 yrs)
The Lead - RGM will create the strategy and business plans to achieve profitable growth for Croma's offline business, which would include setting up a road-map for the omni transformation of the stores.
This is a high visibility and high impact role and we are looking for driven individuals who can be part of this team.
The person will be responsible for sizing the opportunity for Market Share Growth, levers for profitability enhancements and identifying initiatives for providing omni-channel experience in stores. He/she will need to translate the strategy into key initiatives, identify the objectives for the initiatives and closely monitor execution along with other key stakeholders. They will need to have identify road blocks and accelerators and ensure that the strategy is executed as per plan.
Overall, The person will lead the executive office of the Chief Business Officer - Store and will be working on multiple projects and needs to be organized multi-tasker.
Skills and competencies
- Overall experience of 10+ years and from a Tier 1/2 business school
- Excellent quantitative skills and ability to build business models
- Understanding of catchment characteristics and translate that to business potential
- Experience in retail and a strong understanding of customer journeys in the stores
- Intense business acumen to identify and understand the key levers for driving business growth
- Understanding of the interplay between various operating functions and good problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail and strong focus on delivering projects
