Lead (Regional Manager) Supply Chain.

Core Responsibilities :

Regional fulfilment role managing DC Operations (3 Lakhs SFT to 7.5 Lakhs SFT) & Distribution falling under the region. Accountable for delivery quality assurance & cost management in regional capacity.

- Ownership of Regional Logistics budget & full operational responsibility across Fulfilment Centre (warehousing), distribution, omnichannel fulfillment, last mile delivery and retail back-dock operations management in respective geography.

- Implementation of high-volume warehousing and distribution processes, techniques, and tools to achieve world-class results that meets Croma's financial and operational objectives

- Ensure Fulfilment Centers are sized, designed and staffed properly in line with future requirements for volume, handling, storage, shipping and value-added service.

- Ensure appropriate process controls and documentation are in place, using Lean, Six Sigma and ISO standards.

- Maximizes warehouse and logistics efficiency and effectiveness in order to continue to meet the complex demands of Croma customers.

- Detailed understanding and ability to balance every operating aspect of a facility, employees, culture, IT, process technology, process improvement.

- Creates a performance-driven organization focused on continuous improvement of all operational metrics (including safety, quality, delivery, and profitability)

- Establishes and sustains strong working relationships with government and customs authorities, and any other relevant parties to facilitate co-operation in performing business activities

- Formulates, develops, and owns Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), including but not limited to, dock to stock, OTIF, cost per unit, last mile delivery performance and initiates corrective and preventive measures.

- Direct financial analysis, budgeting, profitability analysis, carrier management in distribution.

- Promote and develop tight integration between planning, logistics and other operational areas.

- Provide regular and timely logistics function updates for senior management and communicate with partners as per schedules (MBRs, QBRs)

- Establish best practice logistics and cross functional solutions for the company's supply chain and associated operations.

People Management :

- Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective implementation of the performance management process

- Develops talent within the team by providing guidance, mentoring and coaching to achieve the defined goals

- Drives a culture of feedback and coaching in the Business Unit by providing feedback on an ongoing basis, identifying development needs and coaching and mentoring the employees on the areas of improvement
