Role & Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with creative and brand team to develop breakthrough ideas and programs
- Research and coordinate with agency and inhouse team to determine best media mix for campaigns
- Collect & analyse market data to identify target audience, analyse consumer behaviours and routine. Collect media trends for both online and offline channels
- Track and benchmark competitors for effective share of voice across media choices
- Planning and buying of paid media across Print, OOH, Radio, digital, TV, OTT channels
- Optimize media campaigns according to geographic exposure, time span and frequency
- Develop a robust marketing mix modelling for campaign planning at national and regional levels
- Monitor and control media budgets for effective ROI
- Support omnichannel business goals and KPIs through effective offline and online media management
- Explore and plan community development opportunities on ground and in digital domain
- Define media strategy for in house brand and comarketing media strategy for key partner brands
- Work with PR team to explore editorial opportunities with the publications
- Evaluate success of media at campaign and brand level and present to key stakeholders
- Manage inhouse team for media dissemination and ensure stringent quality control from brand standpoint
- Develop media agency, publication relationships to provide better and efficient deployment
- Develop a feedback loop mechanism to continuously improve on media planning for brand
Skills & Competencies:
- A master's degree in mass communication or business management
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing media responsibilities at brand or agency side
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative understanding of media planning & buying
- Sound knowledge of online and offline media evaluation metrics and tools
- Strong verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills
