1) Work with multiple internal teams within Croma like Merchandisers, Customer Support, Product, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights, etc. to identify business trends and patterns to aid action planning
2) Conduct daily / weekly/ monthly stand-up meetings with key stakeholders to deep dive into business operations and suggest recommendations, when required
3) Identify gaps in SLAs across multiple tracks like delivery, returns, cancellations, etc. basis business data
4) Cross tab data (structured and unstructured) across multiple sources and channels to provide holistic reporting (via dashboards) and analysis to solve complex business issues
5) Develop specific, customized reports, ad hoc analysis, data visualisations in business-friendly manners to drive adoption
6) Adherence to data management / governance policies of the company
