Croma - Data Analyst - Supply Chain

- Assists with communication and training with business process owners and partners on Master Data standards, definitions, processes and data governance tools

- Extract data and measure against targets and requirements

- Participate in reviews, audits, and assessments

- Support targets and critical initiatives, plus support deployments

- Ensuring that data is accurate by conducting audits and identifying trends that may indicate problems with data quality

- Ensuring that data is available when needed by creating backups of existing data sets and storing them in another location

- Coordinate data cleansing activities

- Reviewing data sources to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements within an organization

- Creating guidelines for data structure within an organization to ensure consistency in how information is stored, organized, and accessed

- Developing standards for storing and accessing data using tools such as relational databases and data warehouses

- Developing and implementing processes for data governance such as data quality checks and data audits

- Identifying business data sources required for business analytics efforts

- Evaluate existing business data sources to determine if they are viable for the project requirements, and identify needed enhancements or integrations with other systems in order to meet project objectives

- Define business data models for each identified business source. This includes determining business entities and business attributes for each business data source

- Developing and maintaining databases, data systems - reorganizing data in a readable format

- Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data

- Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems

- Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction

- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data

- Work on Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service and Power BI Premium.

- Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data

- Knowledge of Analytics tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI

- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases

- Experience in writing DAX functions in Power BI Desktop reports

- Experience in creating workspace group and Scheduling reports in Power BI Service

- Experience in Import, Direct Query and Live Connection modes in Power BI
