Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead all technology needs of the young and growing company including architecture, development, frontend, backend, QA, business intelligence, and infrastructure

- Has overall ownership of the system / part of the system in terms of understanding the business need, implementing as per quality standards, and leading a team of engineers towards executing the same.

- You will be responsible for organising a diverse team to drive Agile development and results-driven experimentation/prototyping

- Create and establish processes to optimise delivery while achieving business goals and motivating high-performance standards for quality assurance, and release management.

- Has a solid understanding of the overall architecture, is able to research and provide solutions to any technical impediments that may come and is also responsible for the overall security.

- Hire and retain exceptional talent, create a positive culture of inclusion, and mentor career development of techies of portfolio companies

- Partner with all functions across the company to address technology needs and elevate productivity

Prior Experience Required :

- Experience in large scale micro-service based architecture.

- Experience with distributed computing and with high transaction volume.

- Experience with cloud computing/AWS/Akamai.

- Bachelors/Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from Tier1/ Tier2 institute,

- 3 -7 years experience in leading technical teams in the development of complex, enterprise-class software implementations

- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

- Track record of accurately scoping and maintaining budget and resources on multiple projects.

- Design and execute various business plans and policies and ensure optimisation of human resources.

- Transparent and productive relationships builder including with peers and collaborate successfully across the organisation.
