Talent Development

- Work with key business stakeholders and HR Business Partners to define talent related needs and create tools and solutions that advance the people strategy.

- Design innovative People Management matrix, Career Progression processes and practices to reinforce positive cultural operating models and structure to impact and help talent better assimilate the Culture.

- Champion the cause of employee experience, support the development of tools, programs, and metrics that enhance and ensure engagement and retention. Drive to deliver the entire career development plan which would ensure effective communication of results. Also drive action planning efforts across the organization.

- Drive the talent management / organizational development agenda as front runners and facilitator by actively driving the planning and administration of strategic people initiatives such as high potential talent management, assessment/development centres, leadership development and team effectiveness programs and practices.

- Work closely with HR Business Partners/HR Operations/People & Culture to support key training and performance management initiatives.

- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to analyse employee feedback across life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. Drive action planning and implementation of employee retention programs.

- Drive talent analytics through tracking, reporting and statistical analysis of key people metrics and make recommendations for future improvements, based on analysis of data

- Work closely with People & Culture department to help drive employer branding and advocacy programs to enhance the organizations brand footprint.

- Share talent management expertise and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across the organization.

Learning and Development :

Strategizing and Leading all people development interventions for the organization which will include TNI identification , individual development planning, review and coaching

- Managing the training portfolio of each individual

- Driving the training culture and play a critical role in strategizing Learning & Development interventions to strengthen the people capability.

- Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their team and training requirements

- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering and measuring learning and development

- Embracing different styles of Induction & training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching

- Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent and ensure training is aligned to support the plan

- Ability to develop training materials (presentations, web-based trainings, E-learning, certification trainings)

- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently

- Team player, pleasant and with a high level of integrity

- Fast learner, Independent, resourceful, problem-solver, result oriented

- Operating well under-pressure, multi-tasking

- Previous experience in training development in a product / software / organisation - a good to have

Desired Skills:

- MBA/Equivalent masters with specialization in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management.

- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a Talent development specific / HR Centre of Excellence role

- Demonstrated expertise in Employee experience, Assessment/Development Centres, Career Pathing / Succession planning techniques.

- Clear applicability of OD/OE techniques and Talent Management strategies with the ability to adapt traditional approaches.

- Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change environment

- Ability to communicate (negative) feedback

- Strong attention to detail

- Minimum 3 years of experience in different training roles

- Experience with L & D tools & systems

- Exposure into Partnering with external vendors

- Sense of ownership and pride in your own & overall team performance and its impact on company's success
