CRMNext - Sales Development Professional (3-6 yrs)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Development Reps (SDRs): Inbound pipeline generation through Marketing leads (Events and digital marketing), partner/channel-driven leads
- Measures: Pipeline generated, Pipeline converted, Number of opportunities flipped to AE
- Experience in prospecting customers and pipeline development across inbound (marketing) and outbound (prospecting) channels preferably in B2B Tech Sales
- Experience with managing first- and third-party research and tools
- Outbound pipeline generation in target accounts based on Propensity to buy and inbound pipeline generation through Marketing leads (events/webinars, social and digital marketing)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive demand generation, planning, and execution of effective campaigns
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Good Analytical Skills and Adept at Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication
- Ability to work seamlessly in a team environment and creating excellent team dynamics
- Experience in BFSI and CRM domain shall be preferred but not a mandate
