CRMnext - Product Sales Role (3-11 yrs)

- Mandate experience in Software Product Based Selling

- Exp in CRM Selling is preferred

- Exposure to BFSI Market is a plus

- This role is for Domestic India SAARC Region

- This is a pure hunting role.To onboard new customers logos

- We are looking for candidates who have exp in consultative selling/Value based selling/SAAS Selling

- Candidates who have dealt with large enterprise based selling and have carried large revenue targets

- Position is based out of Mumbai

JD :

- Meet or exceed assigned sales target by identifying new opportunities, cross-selling, upselling products and professional services.

- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information, and product demonstrations to existing customer base.

- Educate customers about features and benefits of products in order to improve customer satisfaction and transaction profitability.

- Work towards an intimate understanding of customer needs and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.

- Solidify contract renewals and extend the terms and scope of existing contracts.

- Understand and clearly articulate CRMnext value proposition.

- Capability to demonstrate 1st level demo of product

- Establish and maintain existing account relationships by visiting customers regularly and addressing proactively all concern areas.

- Maintain customer profile and key tracking information about the customer profile in CRM.

- Coordinate management staff to visit customers regularly.

- Capability to manage road shows etc.

- Maintain internal communications between CRMnext technical team and sales when necessary.

- Coordinate and assist with CRMnext business partner events.

- Extensive Travelling if required
