PreSales Solution Consultant-CRM/BFSI Domain-Product Development In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has: 1. 5+ years of presales solution consulting experience in the BFSI domain for CRM software industry/banking applications in Sales Automation, Service Automation 2. Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions 3. Excellent communication skills in writing and presenting to business and technical decision makers 4. The ability to effectively complete tasks with minimal supervision and is a self-starter, organized and detail-oriented 5. Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners and professional services 6. Creative problem-solving skills with a flexible mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced, high growth organization 7. A high degree of passion, energy, drive and willingness to travel 8. Product and Solution Consulting for prospects/existing customers in the BFSI domain 9. RFP management - Actively involved with the sales team in various aspect of the pre-sales cycle including - Responding to RFPs/ RFIs, Functional/Technical compliances, Solution Preparation, Proposal preparation, as per the timelines of customer 10. Experience in Project Delivery of at least 1 CRM across Sales, Service, Marketing modules. 11. Business value creation & ROI. 12. Solution presentation including Presales activity as well as basic product demo, check on the Solution viability. 13. Worked as a liaison among business stakeholders to understand business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goal
