CRMNext - Lead/AM/Manager - Analyst Relations & Marketing (4-8 yrs)
Job Title: Analyst Relations & Marketing Professional
Location: Noida, NCR (India)
Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Identify and track all relevant analysts
Monitor target analysts' research, blogs & social content
Read and communicate important takeaways
Monitor analysts' research agendas to influence upcoming work
Request & schedule regular briefings & inquiries
Plan & help execute presentations & demos, collaborating with marketing/product marketing, SMEs & execs
Take & distribute notes from interactions; coordinate follow-ups
Drive regular, expected communications (e.g., quarterly newsletter to analysts)
Evaluations (MQs, Waves, etc.):
Project-manage evaluation process incl. customer references, fact-checking, etc.
Synthesize, edit, & submit written responses working with marketing, product management, finance, etc.
Plan & execute live presentation/demo
Help explain & promote evaluation placement internally (e.g. for sales & externally)
Help plan & drive attendance to vendor-hosted events
Work with the events team to handle event & travel logistics
Coordinate attendance at analyst-hosted events; circulate post-event notes
Ensure interactions with key analysts take place; provide prep materials
Partner with PR/marketing to leverage analyst research & relationships for strategic activities
Coordinate review/approval cycles with analysts' citations depts.
Identify analyst content to license; help promote licensed reports
Work with PR/marketing to drive awareness of research inclusions
Other Responsibilities (not limited to):
Manage & negotiate annual research firm subscriptions & seats
Manage & negotiate report licensing
Coordinate delivery of entitlements (reports, webinars, etc.)
Ensure compliance with subscription/licensing terms

Previous working experience in Analyst relations for 2 to 5 years
