We are hiring for Key Account Manager with prior experience into CRM implementation/ CRM consulting.

Job Responsibilities:

- Candidate will be responsible for handling existing customers and new sales of the product in the large enterprise segment in the region.

- He will also be responsible for mining of the accounts to identify & materialize upselling & cross selling opportunities to achieve their targets.

- Effective Account Management and Customer Relationship - Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

- Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures

Eligibility Criteria:

- 6-9 years experience

- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.E./M.Tech

- First division (60%) in Xth, XIIth/Diploma, B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/(B.Sc.IT, B.Sc. comp with MCA mandatory)

Location : Mumbai

Skills Required :

- Strong customer engagement skills

- Business analysis, critical thinking, conflict management and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication for influencing and leading customer facing engagements

- Good negotiation and presentation skills. Candidate should be able to create business cases and articulate business value proposition to the customer.

- Ideal candidate should have experience of working as a consultant in CRM domain.

- Identify, develop and maintain relations with present clients.

- Experience in BFSI domain shall be preferred but not mandatory.
