Who we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join us as Solution Architect in Customer Success Team. The ideal candidate would be a seasoned executive, smart, innovative, strongly motivated person with flair for sales and love for solving business problems with a contemporary perspective and a result oriented robust outlook.

What you will do

- As a Solution Architect, you would work as a strategic technology advisor for your customers, working with key stakeholders in customer organizations to pursue business innovation and growth.

- Work with customers to provide strategic vision, technology leadership and execution, with objective to drive business growth, increase adoption and market share. You would lead enterprise-wide transformational architecture engagements.

- You would help customers plan, design and deliver digital transformational journey using CRMNEXT's platform.

- You would also be responsible for building and leading a team of solution architects for customer advocacy function.

Details of the role are:

Responsibilities :

- Establishes CRMNEXT as a recognized leader in technology-led innovation through public speaking and published thought leadership.

- Guide Business and enterprise solutions leaders make smart investment decisions by providing context and support to help teams collaborate, building better flexibility, agility, and autonomy in decision making, and enabling faster speed to value and time to market.

- Create a scalable framework of IT assets and business processes aligned to corporate governance that supports the organization to deliver on its goals and strategic objectives.

- Continuously evaluate the constantly evolving technology landscape and advice on the right selection and use of tools/technologies critical to supporting business transformation and optimization efforts.

- Identify opportunities and constraints for transformation.

- Develop digital strategy and own up enterprise and information architectures.

- Oversee the successful realization of organization's digital transformation objectives.

- Builds C-level trusted relationships with target organizations.

- Provides thought leadership to CRMNEXT core go-to-market solutions.

- Establishes and leads high performing Sales and Customer Success teams for Solution Architect presentations at CXO level for new/existing clients.

- Overall Architecture and Domain knowledge: Baseline and future state based on As-is and To-be processes & use cases.

- Define overall solution architecture for new / existing enterprise clients across verticals

- Own overall solution showcase and customer demos (e.g., custom demos based on initial problem statement, discovery).

- Demo instance creation, management, and revision.

- Involve Product Specialists as needed for product specific in-depth discussions or demos.

- Create customer champion/coach achievement illustration - working with Value Illustration lead.

- Delivers technical and functional expertise for CRMNEXT clients on assigned projects/accounts.

- Influences and supports strategic solution sales and revenue growth through proactive engagement with clients.

- Wins new business by developing client proposals and presenting solutions directly to clients.

- Manages client engagements at all levels of client interaction with responsibility for product and technical content.

- Follows industry technology trends through self-study and formal training and shares that knowledge internally and externally via pitch decks white papers, blog posts and social media.

Job Requirements:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical discipline or equivalent experience

- 8+ years of relevant IT experience; minimum 5 years of enterprise architecture experience of looking at enterprise-wide software solutions, integrations, cloud, data, and large-scale system design, etc.

- Hands on experience in Enterprise Applications Development using/involving Cloud, ERP platforms, Enterprise CRM Ecosystem, Data Lake, Data and Analytics, Data Integration, EAI, AI, RPA, .NET development, Machine Learning, Enterprise BPM, Enterprise ETL etc.

- Ability to drive EA Methodologies, Architectures/Designs, and Best Practices.

- Ability to visualize broader implementation and integration challenges.

- Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly with all business and IT stakeholders, collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

- Previous technical skills with Enterprise CRM and/or Data, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Strategy including design, architecture, installation, configuration, deployment, and customization.

- Consulting leadership experience working for Enterprise Clients across BFSI with spectacular client references.

- Experience in client relationship and team building.

- Highly skilled in large- scale enterprise change projects and programs.

- Ability to shape strong presentations and narratives that influence and commit people to change.

- Cover the breadth of IT frameworks as it applies to each individual product unit, assess its viability, and then design a roadmap to success for that unit, via scalable IT solutions.

- Operate as an internal technology expert across all pillars of the business.

- Guide technology and product roadmaps.

- Identify cross-cutting opportunities to improve to our technologies and infrastructure.

- Facilitate decisions across our various software teams.

- Develop Enterprise and Information Architecture and best practices.

- Lead and guide technology experts.

- Previous Project Management experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

- Working for Middle East, South East Asia, SAARC and Africa prospects and clients and flexible to work during overlapping time zones.

Qualifications - What you need

1. Engineering from a premium institute

2. 8 years of proven experience in engineering and software architecture design.

3. Experience in banking sector.

4. Experience in CRM domain is needed.

5. Previous project management experience is an advantage.
