JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsibilities :

Customer segmentation: Request, review and organize customer contact lists effectively to ensure maximum customer engagement and best possible results of CRM campaigns. Implement and manage CRM campaigns, including retention, reactivation and promotional activities.

Tracking results and reporting: Compile and distribute up to date reporting on ongoing and completed campaigns measuring all relevant CRM KPIs. Analyze the results of direct mail marketing and email campaigns. Prepare reports amd share with top management.

Customer contact strategy: Manage customer contact and lead the strategy to maximize customer engagement. Ensure email layout, design, and content are optimized for best results in all CRM campaigns. Interact with customers using phone, fax, email, the company website and in person.

Perform a Data Audit: Analyze how data is coming in and how it will need to be organized so that when it is needed it can easily be used. Perform collection, interpretation and recording of data in accordance with company's guidelines and standards. Perform data validation and storage of various project documents. Conduct testing, review and analysis of all CRM activities to ensure optimal results.

- Determine a course of action to resolve customer problems. Ensure that customers receive the quickest service possible. Maintain database of customers for follow up.

- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed when dealing with customers.

- Train newly hired customer service representatives. Listen to recordings of representatives interacting with customers and uses the recordings to enhance training or offer necessary correction (if applicable). Help create, update and maintain call script for representatives. Train representatives on new equipment, software, new product and service offerings as well as special sales and promotions.

- Participates in the formulation of the company's strategic plan.

- Help develop new products, services and promotions based on customer preferences. Use social media to help promote the companys products and services.

- Assist with other duties as required by the CRM Manager

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Must have outstanding customer and client service skills.

- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

- Must have good computer skills.

- Must be highly detail oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-function.

- Must have excellent management and leadership skills.

- Extensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.

Required Qualification and Experience :

- University Degree

- Proven CRM experience

- Experience creating and implementing email CRM campaigns

- Strong analytical skills

- Knowledge of CRM systems, tools and softwares

- Willing to learn new tools and apply innovative concepts on the job
