We want to hire a CRM Manager for the Rummyculture team.

Job Description :

- The person would be responsible for end to customer activation and retention campaigns. He/She should be able to handle CRM tools.

- Measuring and reporting campaign metrics. In-depth analysis of campaigns. New campaign ideas and implementation. Working around problems and roadblocks to delivering campaigns.

Requirements :

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience of handling CRM campaign for online B2C business

2. Hands-on working experience with Clevertap

3. He/She should be able to work in a high-pressure startup environment.

4. Should have an eye for a detail and history quick and flawless execution of campaigns on clever tap with the least amount of support.
