Qualification - B.Tech/B.E/B.C.A/MCA/M.Tech from a recognized college
Responsible for & own end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy. Specialist in customer segmentation and targeting based on customer behavior in order to provide best in class experience.
Responsibility:
- Define end to end customer journeys & figure out areas of improvement
- To use marketing analytics tools for analyzing marketing programs and coming up with plans to keep users engaged by using messaging channels
- To educate customers via Email, SMS, push notifications, and other possible messaging channels.
- To use third-party tools available for managing messaging for automation and superior quality messages
- Build customer journeys & push users to follow the same
- Gathering requirements from business stakeholders and building a relationship
- Basic understanding of auto industry and role of the marketing function
- Designing/creating analysis dashboards and reports
- Managing the Monthly, Weekly & Daily Report creation
Requirement:
- B.Tech/B.E/B.C.A/MCA/M.Tech from a recognized college
- 4 Yrs experience in Online marketing/1:1 marketing
- Good analytical skills
- Quick learner and ability to work in the dynamic work environment
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Team player and comfortable interacting with people from multiple disciplines
- Strong verbal and written communication
