CRM/Loyalty Manager - Internet/Online (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities-
- The role is to lead the entire customer relationship and communication management coming up with offers, activations and merchant engagement activities, communication with merchant across channels - app, email, SMS, push notifications etc.
- The role is to develop a monthly customer engagement plan and also generate the leads & revenue via Email, SMS Marketing, Push Notifications (Browser Push), Automations every month.
- Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers
- Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Suggest new methods to address customers- needs
- Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
- Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
- Conduct market research to follow trends and competition
