Key Requirements : We are looking for a CRM Implementation Specialist who loves professing, educating and training people on the platform and has relevant experience of at least 3-5 years of being in the industry. - Have a functional understanding of the Zoho One suite in its entirety, including CRM, Desk, Social, SalesIQ, Analytics, Creator, People, Invoice, etc. - Have a complete understanding of the process from development till the end support. Complete knowledge about the system configuration and its setup. - Be efficient in implementation, getting customization done and administration work related to Zoho and its related app. - Must have successfully implemented at least two CRM implementation projects from end to end and is currently functional. - Preference will be given to candidates with experience in working with Zoho/Freshdesk/Salesforce/Zendesk CRM.
