Head Partnership

The Head of Partnership at Edifyol is a senior leadership role that reports directly to the Board. This role drives business performance and innovation, expanding EdifyOL footprint with partner organization (Higher Educational Institutions) and creating a culture of accountability towards partner and learner goals. This role will manage partnership with various universities, to develop and implement their digital transformation plans focused on driving their growth and satisfaction.


- Post Graduate preferably in Management

General Responsibilities :

- Foster a success-oriented, customer-service focused accountable environment that achieves and surpasses business goals and client satisfaction

- Design and implement business strategies, account plans and procedures that drive partner growth

- Develop strong and productive relationship with multiple stake holders in partner organization

- Partner with executive team to establish policies that promote culture and vision to compliment culture of partner institution

- Develop Partnership with HEI's

- Help set comprehensive goals for EdifyOL performance and growth; enhance evaluation of performance by analyzing and interpreting data and performance metrics

- Expand the company's strategic alignment with our clients by building and expanding relationships within the executive level leadership at key institutions

- Work with account management team to forecast opportunities, and mitigate risks

- Strong executive presence, adept at interaction with a diverse group of internal clients along with senior executives of a partner institutions

- Excellent judgement, intellectual ability and leadership skills with high integrity

- Well-developed commercial and business acumen

- Strong consulting skills and experience

- Excellent communication skills for effective contact and presentation with stakeholders

- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of developing actionable recommendations from quantitative data

- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in working with cross-functional teams

- Experience in working with managed services and products to deliver customer solutions will be an asset

- Collaborate with other internal leaders and executive team members to define, actualize and evaluate business model as per strategic goals


- 10 years of E learning Industry - University Partnerships

- Must be Quick Learner, Team Player and Flexible

Primary Location:

Gurgaon - Must be ready to work from Office and open to travel extensively
