Role Overview: The VP PMO Lead will lead, manage &amp; sustain a PMO function establishing processes, systems and organization that will support Programme Planning and Delivery across all lifecycle stages of the change delivery as well as delivery of all Change Initiatives within Risk Transformation. In his role he/she may be supported by a team of PMO Analysts providing support, administration &amp; analyst functions to enable efficient delivery execution within Risk Transformation. He/she will be: - Supporting the Programme Delivery Lead as well as the PMO Lead for the Programme / Function - Designing Process, Tools and Templates to enable standardized and consistent support Programme and Projects within Risk Transformation - Coordinating with wider Group Transformation teams to establish best practice for portfolio, programme, &amp; project governance and delivery support. - Responsible for establishing, embedding, monitoring and improving processes to ensure value for delivery leads and in-time information for decision making.
