Role: Summary

Functional Responsibility / Domain Related

Primary responsibility would be to work on research assignment s w.r.t different sectors and companies

Independently lead assignments and client interactions

The focus of the research assignments would range from short term to long term studies on issues relating to:

Demand/Market assessment

Price and cost analysis and project economics

Competition analysis

Project feasibility studies

Market entry strategies

Business planning and strategy

Process Adherence

Ensure high quality of analysis and research output

Planning and completion of research projects on schedule

Working in project teams, coordinating internally to deliver the final output

Client Management / Stakeholder Management

Interaction with industry sources for primary and secondary research (modeling and desk research) for the respective sector and /or company

Analytical interactions with the clients, including client presentations by the team

People Development

Guiding associates in terms of their tasks

Reviewing their work

Essential Qualification MBA (Finance) or equivalent OR CA

Experience 4+ years of relevant work experience in consulting and / or corporate strategy

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical skills

Strong understanding of financial concepts and business analysis

Positive attitude with qualities of a team player

Innovative and solution orientation

Ability to think out-of-the box

Independent performer

Strong process and knowledge management orientation

Ability to work in different teams in deadline driven projects

Client management skills
