Job Title: Senior Research Analyst/ Manager

Job Role:

We are hiring for the post of SRA/Manager in Customized Research team for infrastructure domain. Candidates with strong experience of working in research/consulting firms in infrastructure segments like roads, airports, railways, ports, logistics. preferred.

Job requirements:

The candidate shall be well versed with the infrastructure segment and shall have demonstrated experience of working with clients for traffic and demand assessments.

Sector and business related:

- Traffic forecasting & travel demand estimation,

- Freight transport assessment

- Impact Assessment on traffic forecasts

- Traffic and Revenue Studies

- Building valuation models

- Ability to promptly assess sector level changes and trends and understanding of inter-linkages with the macro economy

- Ability to predict sector developments and foresee changes /issues impacting the industry

- Project assessment / financial assessment

- Ability to manage projects

- Ability to forecast and provide outlook on above key parameters

- Demand forecasting models based on qualitative and, when appropriate, statistical analysis

- Flair to get market intelligence and skill to sense business and commercial insights

- Ability to form hypothesis, validate assumptions, test based on data gathered and write a cogent and logical report

- Support to Senior Manager/Director in making presentations to clients and at seminars/conferences

- Deliver presentations to clients and internal committees

Experience: At least 3-8 years in research/ consulting firm

Qualification:

- Engendering / transportation planning graduate

- MBA (preferred)

Skills:

- Strong analytical skills with good awareness about Indian economy and business environment

- Ability to think out of the box and come out with innovative solutions/ideas

- Ability to structure and write high-quality reports

- Strong ppt and excel skills

- Excellent oral communication and presentation skills

- Positive attitude and ability to work across teams within tight deadlines
