Crisil - Senior Research Analyst - Events Management Team - Investment Banking Client (3-5 yrs)
Overview:
The Investment Banking client's Events Team is responsible for organizing events like seminars, conferences, Meetings.
The Role: Team member, Events Management Team
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Be professional, articulate and diplomatic; have a good - client facing- manner
- Be flexible in their working style to be able to work successfully across the team
- Be flexible with the working hours
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in events management process from beginning to end including scheduling
- Creation, collation and despatch of various types of information to delegates, speakers and Sales dept.
- Data entry and data management on online conference management system
- Creating and distributing all post events reporting data in a timely manner
- Answer internal, investor and client telephone and email enquiries quickly and professionally
- Promote best practice
Skills Required:
- Ability to work with minimum management
- Strong team player essential
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem-solve within a highly pressured environment
- Computer literate with good knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages, in particular Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong communication skills - articulate and diplomatic
- Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of the smallest detail to the overall success of the conference or investor to corporate
