We are hiring for Senior Consultant / Manager - PPP for Mumbai location.

Reporting To - Director / Associate Director

Location - Mumbai

Role Summary Functional Responsibility / Domain Related :

- Work independently on consulting projects/ assignments; manage different aspects of project management including quality, timelines, profitability of execution, client satisfaction / relationship, collections, etc.

- Work on financial and commercial analysis, with ability to critically review sector trends, company financials, regulations, financial projections, sector and company assessments and risk analysis.

- Be open to work on assignments unrelated to current domain strengths in the analytical capacity, simultaneously building knowledge / skills in such new areas.

- Be open to work on assignments across locations in India and abroad. This would imply a willingness to travel and be stationed at client site depending on the requirements of the assignment.

- Support in outreach activities by writing articles, in-house research, working on business development pitches / co-ordination and participating in business development meetings.

- Stay alert to changing customer needs and give feedback for business development in terms of identification of new concepts / products / tools / services relevant to the market and support development of new specific offerings.

Process Adherence :

- Support the Associate Director / Director on assignment modules or complete assignments (depending on size and complexity) in terms of all aspects i.e. assignment quality, timelines, profitability of execution, client satisfaction/relationship, team morale and knowledge management.

Client Management / Stakeholder Management :

- Interact with client to explain analysis, assignment findings and recommendations.

- Attend client meetings to understand client requirements

Essential Qualification - Two years full-time MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Experience - 3 -12 years of relevant experience in research / management consulting/Financial Institutions with a background in Infrastructure / PPPs.

- Skills Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

- Good Communication and Presentation skills and Report Writing capabilities

- Client management abilities

- Ability to work on numbers and understand sector / company trends to derive business insights

- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments simultaneously

- Eye for detail and good reviewing skills

- Proficiency in project management and evaluation techniques

- Well versed in their sector/ sub sector and have independent view on likely future developments

- Awareness about the landscape of potential consulting clients
