Location- Mumbai (Powai) Division- GR&amp;RS FR Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Working on client proprietary valuation model. Analyzing operational drivers and impact on valuation - Generating investment insights (presentations/word documents) for company initiations, sector outlooks, thematic reports, research notes, etc. - Collaborating with client analysts and valuation experts to generate differentiated and actionable insights - In depth analysis of financial statements to understand accounting anomalies, their impact on company's operational performance and valuation - Comparing valuations from the proprietary tool to more traditional methods of equity research to understand inflection points. Data analysis for top-down screening of companies using relevant factors Functional &amp; Behavioural Knowledge: - Experience in financial research, preferably equity research - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, accounting and valuation - Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills - Excellent time management and project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines - Should be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools - Experience of working in a multi-cultural and global environment - Should be self-motivated, with ability to work independently and in a team set up Required Skill Sets, Experience &amp; Qualification: - MBA (Finance) / CA, with strong understanding of equity valuation techniques of 2 to 4 years and Good communication skills.
