KEY ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES - Manages a team of sales professionals within a region to meet and exceed sales objectives - Manages and drives the creation and assignment of sales goals, business retention goals, compensation plans, and travel expense budget for sales team(s) - Provides coaching to sales team on different levels - Identifies gaps in product knowledge, management, and sales skills within team - Ensures that team is aware of trends and responds to client/market demands with relevant products and services to drive revenue - Monitors team' performance and compares it with objectives - Leads the creation of a sales plan for team with tactical action steps to execute that plan to meet and exceed sales/revenue goals - Identifies product and market trends and ensures that sales teams are knowledgeable and conversant in them - Creates and nurtures high level strategic relationships Role: 1. Monitor and check direct cold calls in Industrial area in respective location (Industrial area) 2. Bank Branch Visit for collecting fresh data. 3. Visiting the scheduling meetings with the prospective clients. 4. Following up with the clients post client acquisition for payment and feedback on the ratings. 5. Getting feedback from the customers and sharing with the analytical team 5. Supervising the team for collection of fees for the rating process 6. Supervise the collection of mandates for enhanced debt facilities from existing clients. 7. Banker meetings/presentations to be organized in the area/city for the respective bank branches to update them on the Bank loan ratings products and the processes. 8.Team handling role-handling a team of BD associates. MINIMUM &amp; PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS - 6-10 years relevant industry experience and a proven track record in consultative sales - Minimum of 8 years in sales - Experience in the building and execution of regional sales plans
