Opportunity with Crisil Ltd Position Summary Position Manager - Business Development Department CRISIL Risk Solutions Reporting To Associate Director Location Mumbai Role Summary - Overall Responsibility - - Ownership of International / domestic BD development initiatives for CRISIL Risk Solutions (CRS) across allocated geographies for the entire suite of CRS products (these would be across consulting, software applications and business intelligence /analytics) Functional Responsibility - - Identification of opportunities and consultative selling to generate leads - Management of entire BD process - Client meetings, Demos, response to EOIs / RFPs, contract negotiation and closure - Franchise building Client / Stakeholder Management - Key Account and Relationship Management - Engage with prospective and existing clients in the target segments - Engage with alliance partners, SIs, etc. - Engage with internal solutioning and delivery teams to ensure client value proposition is appropriate - Tracking competition in target segments - Develop and manage alterative distribution channels - partnerships with SIs / Consultants / Other OEMs Essential Qualifications - MBA (Finance) or equivalent - Additional professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM (GARP), PRMIA, CIMA, CAIIB, etc. will be an added advantage Experience - 4-7 years in BD/Strategy - Excellent exposure and understanding of the banking industry - Existing CXO / GM-level relationships - Exposure in international geographies Skill Sets / Competencies - Independent performer - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Positive attitude with qualities of a team player - Interpersonal and relationship building skills - Result Orientation - Negotiation Skills - Ability to deal with pressure
