Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead Technology hiring for 1 or more business groups.
- Coordinate with stakeholder this includes business head and their one downs level.
- Understand the business requirements thoroughly and device Talent strategy for business
- Introduce best practices, Branding strategy to make CRISIL as Tech employer of Choice
- Drive innovative programs for business to improve on Talent quality
- Build strategic connections with internal client as well as external vendors
- Proactively build and create the ongoing flow of candidates pipeline at all levels
- Effective stakeholder management and communication through periodic reporting
- Curate and build extensive market intelligence for business in charge
- Ensure source mix and SLA for the open requirements is maintained
