Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Department: GIX & Research
Location: Mumbai
Job Role:
- Work closely with the CEO and Business leaders on business management and operational initiatives
- Generate regular planning and MIS reports to help track key metrics
- Ensure effective time management for the business leader through advance planning
- Work on analyzing and tracking various operational analytics, follow up and analyse trends from business review materials, board presentations and other periodic reports to the CEO's office
- Identify avenues for increasing operational efficiency and new business opportunities
- Plan and help execute internal business events like town-halls, senior management meets, people meetings and external events
- Track progress and performance of strategic and operational initiatives
- Ensuring strategic agendas are progressing as per timelines, and bringing any discrepancy from plan to the notice of key stakeholders
- Track market developments, trends on players, regulatory developments and develop incisive analysis of opportunities and gaps
- Be part of key project(s) towards planning or implementing strategic initiative and ensure effective monitoring and progress
- Partner with various business and corporate teams for delivering on key assignments
- To gain exposure to organizational priorities and general management issues. The exposure will broadly cover the below areas:
a) Business Analysis and Strategy
b) Business Operational efficiencies
c) Quarterly Results & Annual Report
d) Business Operational efficiency
e) Stakeholder Management
Candidate Profile:
- Exceptionally strong financial and analytical skills
- Strong abilities in logical reasoning, thinking keeping in mind diverse expectations
- Ability to develop incisive analysis with holistic lens keeping market and customer dynamics in mind
- Ability to extract key themes and insights and present it effectively
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational skills, ability to take administrative decisions
- Ability to multi-task and efficiently work under tight timelines
- Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to interact with the leadership team
Essential Qualifications:
- CA or MBA from a premium Institute, 4-6 years of relevant work experience in banking/consulting/strategy
