Job Title: Manager, Marketing

Reports to: Associate Director, Marketing

Location : Mumbai

Job Purpose:

The Brand marketing manager will work with sales, product managers, analytical teams or functional leads to understand pain points/ challenges, ideate on integrated go-to-market strategies, design outcome based campaigns and outreach programs.

He/she will lead implementation of complex marketing programs and messaging strategies for these businesses in collaboration with M&C shared services teams based in India.

Job Description:

- Designs & develops and implements go to market strategies for GR&A business globally

- Works with M&C shared services team to conduct outreach programs like events, webinars, lead generation campaigns, content marketing etc. to strengthen our positioning, nurture leads and increase market penetration.

- Ideates and leads a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, digital/email campaigns, event management, media, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis etc.

- Builds and nurtures suitable marketing alliances with non-conflict parties and industry bodies to enhance lead generation as well as franchise agenda of the business

- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website content to hard copy brochures and case studies

- Manage budgets and spends for marketing and communication campaigns; reconcile payments with finance teams

- Prepares reports on stake-holder preferences and behaviour based on surveys, media and online tracking, and other active listening techniques; regularly shares with business / sales teams.

Experience & Expertise:

- Professional qualification: MBA (Finance / Marketing) or related field

- 8+ years of marketing experience in financial services; experience across geographies an advantage.

- Background in lead generation campaigns. Digital/new age marketing experience is a plus

- Must possess exemplary interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills as well as relationship building and networking skills

- Be highly motivated, able to act independently

- Should possess an analytical mind and strong quantitative skills

- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
