Job Description: Client Associate, Community & Commercial Banking

Responsibilities :

Client Associates are held accountable for the delivery of a number of Coalition Greenwich's client research products. Individuals in this position work closely with their mentors and team to develop an understanding of the firm's processes, client relationships, and technical expertise in all MS Office and proprietary applications. Additionally, the Client Associate will work with business leadership to ensure that all project milestones are met. Technical expertise, quantitative inclination, strong communication skills and problem solving ability are critical to success and advancement.

Principal Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain client deliverables

- Validate survey content and quality

- Verify accuracy of data and resolve errors

- Create and ensure quality of research products

- Produce custom client deliverables

- Provide exceptional levels of service and support, including being highly responsive, proactive, no errors, managing client expectations, etc.

- Demonstrate a positive attitude and foster teamwork and collaboration

- Demonstrate talent development skills to mentor, coach, and train new Associates

Qualifications/ skills :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred

- Experience working in the Banking sector or consulting to the Banking sector is a plus.

- Self-motivation and the drive to succeed

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Distinctive competence in quantitative and problem solving skills

- Must have superior interpersonal communication skills; both written and verbal skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Desire to collaborate and work in a team environment
