CRISIL - Associate Director - Investor Relations (7-13 yrs)

Position:

- Candidates from the Sales and Distribution vertical at Asset Management companies with 7years + work experience.

- Should have experience in engaging with Family Offices, Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Mutual Funds, Bank Treasuries and Corporate Treasuries. Having connects in Family Offices will be important.

- Will be responsible for managing and strengthening relations with investors and banks in the debt and credit markets and building market intelligence.

- We are looking for professionals with a minimum of 7 years experience in a senior front end role involving investor / client interaction, who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well reliable analytical capabilities.

- Build & grow relationship with investors of Indian Debt market across Mutual Funds, Insurers, Banks, Corporates, AIFs, etc.

- Manage outreach and presentation for investors

- Showcase robustness and solidity of CRISILs ratings to investors

- Develop a complete understanding of the products and offerings available in industry.

- Conduct analysis of usage of ratings by investors, regularly track the market to remain updated about the same

- Execute projects to solve ad-hoc requests from investors. Implement processes for delivery of periodic tasks

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

- Good analytical skills

- Should be able to independently interact with investors & coordinate presentations for Senior Investors.

- Driven and motivated. Should be able to independently solve complex problems

- Strong leadership skills; strong analytical & logical reasoning skills

- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn

- Willing to take feedback and adopt it in their work

- Ability to provide insights to the business on market trends, based on investor interactions
