Crisil - Associate Director - Funds Research

Functional Responsibility / Domain Related

1. Managing team and ensuring high quality of analysis and research output

2. Completion of research projects/client deliverables on schedule

3. Maintaining client relation through regular interaction

4. Assist business development team in pitching products/services

5. Launching new products to widen products offering

6. Supporting and guiding the team on quantitative and qualitative analysis like scheme ranking, scheme research, fund manager research, performance attribution, fund house research

7. Assist Senior Research Analyst / Manager in client deliverables, client interaction and panel presentation.

8. Research on PMS products, ULIPs, PE Funds, REITs and other investment products

9. Conducting customized research like due diligence, qualitative assessment of front, mid and back office processes for asset managers, distributors and institutional investors

Essential Qualification MBA (Finance) or equivalent OR CA OR CFA

Experience 8- 10 years of relevant work experience in mutual fund/asset management/wealth management research/product role

Skills

 1. Demonstrated skills team and product/project management

2. Sound knowledge of the mutual funds industry, regulations and investment strategies

3. Strong awareness on other investment products such as insurance, PMS and AIF will be added advantage

4. Excellent presentation and writing skills

5. Analytical orientation to drive new products and review existing one

6. Ability to work in different teams in deadline-driven projects

7. Ability interact with internal and external stakeholders
