Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end requirement needs for one or more business units for international locations spanning US, UK, EU and some part of Asia pack
- Understand the business requirements thoroughly and partner with them to fulfill mandates inline with client requirement.
- Work hands-on on complete recruitment lifecycle of sourcing to onboarding.
- Device sourcing strategy attract the best talent at optimum cost. Leverage LinkedIn to build talent pipeline
- Drive programs for business to improve on Talent quality
- Build strategic connections and relationship with external vendors partners across different regions. Effective engage for fast delivery.
- Monitor and manage recruitment cost by driving channel effectiveness.
- Proactively build and create the ongoing flow of candidates pipeline at all levels
- Effective stakeholder management and communication through periodic reporting
- Curate and build extensive market intelligence for business incharge
- Ensure source mix and SLA for the open requirements is maintained
